These are the most common blocks of Creative Power, as I know. They come from the Buddhist tradition are called the five major obstacles. Are likely to recognize.
A portrait of the five obstacles
Desire: I am attracted to other things that suddenly seems more interesting than what my approach is chosen activities to enjoy my 5 senses, like watching television, water my plants, sew a button on his pants, etc.
Sentence: I begin to make a mental list of all the things I dislike about myself, my spouse, my neighbors, my life. Or am distracted and upset by the slightest noise or disturbance and my whole day going down the drain.
The spiritual laziness, I began to feel very tired, my brain fog and eyes glassy. Seems like a good idea to make a nice cat nap, or very, very long sleep.
Concern: my racing mind and I can not get concentrate. I started remembering things that have to do. I have bills to pay, errands, calls to return and have no time for anything anymore.
Duda: I feel stupid, slow and incompetent. I do not think I could ever break this cycle of confusion. I'm going in circles. It is may be a waste of time?
Do you recognize some of these barriers like yours? Good! Once you know them, you can recognize their presence and choose not to take seriously or let them take too much mental energy. We have a tendency to spin stories with our thoughts, stories that have nothing to do with the present moment.
It's good to be aware of the five major obstacles to watch his appearance in his life. They can be clever and can jeopardize the success and sabotaging your happiness. I keep this list on my desk. When I feel trapped or discouraged I check to see if any of the following conditions are met:
1. Desire
2. Case
3. Spiritual Laziness
4. Agitation
5. Duda
When I can be honest with myself and admit they have doubts or failures will have kept me more clarity and Personal Power. I invite you to notice that the main obstacles and do not let negative thoughts stop you upgrade your potential. His creative power that is growing more connected to its own authenticity.
